statute §1. Introduction This document regulates the rules of the online store (hereinafter: the Store) and the conclusion of contracts for the sale of goods through the Store. The subject of the Store's activity is the sale of fabrics, decorative pillows, etc. All products available in the Store are brand new. Whenever these Regulations refer to: Sellers - it ought to be understood as: FABRIC WORLD SP. Z O.O. , ul. 11 November 99, 32-440 Sułkowice, NIP 6812084154 Store - it ought to be understood as an online store located at www.fabricworld.eu through which you can purchase the Seller's goods, Goods - it ought to be understood as all products sold on-line and offline via the Store, Buyers - it should be understood as adult natural persons with full legal capacity, as well as legal persons and organizational units without legal personality to whom the Civil Code grants legal capacity. Consumer - it ought to be understood as a natural person who performs a legal transaction with the entrepreneur not related directly to his business or professional activity, in accordance with art. 221 of the Civil Code. In order to perform contracts concluded via the Store, the contact between the Seller and the Buyer will take place via e-mail, by phone or using the contact forms on the website www.fabricworld.eu The Buyer may contact the Seller by letter to the correspondence address: ul. 11 November 99, 32-440 Sułkowice, to the e-mail address: office@fabricworld.eu, by phone: 692415929 or using the contact details in the Contact tab on the website www.fabricworld.eu The seller declares that he is a VAT payer. §2 General rules of using the Store The Store's offer is valid only in the European Union. All contracts concluded via the Store are concluded only in Polish. Registration in the Store is necessary to purchase goods online via the Store. All prices in the Store are expressed in Polish zlotys (PLN) and include tax on goods and services (VAT) at the rate specified in accordance with the currently applicable regulations. Information about the goods provided on the Store's website, in particular, such as their descriptions, technical and performance parameters and prices, are only an invitation to conclude a contract within the meaning of art. 71 of the Civil Code. The seller reserves that for technological reasons, differences in color shades are allowed. Additionally, the colors visible on the monitor screen may slightly differ from the original colors of fabrics due to different types of monitors and their calibration. All types of fabrics indicated on the Store's website are given in centimeters, with a tolerance of about +/- 5 cm. Placing an order via the Store is tantamount to authorizing the Seller to issue a receipt or invoice without the need to obtain the Buyer's signature. In the event of a breach by the Buyer of the law, the provisions of these Regulations or the principles of the Privacy Policy, as well as in the case of conduct by the Buyer in a way that impedes the work of the Store or is burdensome for other Buyers, the Seller has the right to deprive the Buyer of the right to use the Store and limit it access to all or part of the goods offered in the Store. §3 Rules for placing orders Placing an order for goods offered in the Store is possible in three different ways: - on-line - via the Store at: www.fabricworld.eu - via e-mail to the address office@fabricworld.eu, The condition of the contract is the correct completion of the order form on the Store's website, providing all the required (marked with *) Buyer's data, including name, surname, address, mailing address, as well as delivery address, telephone number and e-mail address. The need to provide the above-mentioned data of the Buyer also applies to orders placed via e-mail or by phone. An order placed by the Buyer requires confirmation of its acceptance by the Seller. The Seller confirms the acceptance of the order by e-mail to the e-mail address provided by the Buyer within 24 hours of its submission. The Buyer may make changes to the order or cancel it until the Seller confirms that the order is accepted for execution. If it is not possible to confirm the order due to the Buyer's fault, in particular as a result of providing incorrect contact details by the Buyer (e.g. telephone number or e-mail address), the order will be canceled within 3 business days.
